Brit designers make Swedish site pull unlicensed pictures — The Fetishistas

Great article by The Fetishistas about another knock off controversy.  This time based around a site in Sweden that was posting images of other designers with a strong intent to copy designs.

The site has since taken down all offending pictures - and a LOT of the pressure for that site to do the right thing was led by the inclusion of a list of fetish designers (those being ripped off - including Atsuko Kudo and House of Harlot) and fetish bloggers (3xl, fetishistas and Knockoff Knockdown) in the chain of correspondence.

That’s right… if someone is doing you wrong, you can tell them so AND put them in the spotlight at the same time.   That must have been a bit of a heart stopping moment for the owner of that site.

I’m proud to be part of the list of names that helped this little policing of the fetish scene work out.  The offending site has now removed the stolen pictures and removed “we’ll knock it off for you” content from their site.
